1. Cant get into game / game wont load / nothing happens... solutions
This gets asked more than any other question. 99% of the time, the problem is on your computer.
The problem's specific cause is rarely known... so here are tips on what you should do if you find yourself unable to play a game.
Most of these will be found on the Tools > Internet Options menu within Internet Explorer

Close, restart your browser
Clear your cache (Delete temp internet files)
Make sure cookies are enabled
Make sure javascript is enabled
SHIFT + F5 (force refresh) the backdoor page

Consider the following:
Anti-virus / ad-killer programs may interfere with cookie and javascript functionality.
Server maintenance may be being performed at the time, and the particular game may be down for upwards of 48 hours.
You may need to install Java... for more info on Java read 3Y.

2. Create new lounges / rooms
No one aside from Yahoo / Pogo / Games.com have the ability to create new lounges / rooms for their respective games. This site only links those current lounges / rooms.
If a new lounge / room has been added, and is not listed on this site, please correctly fill out the feedback form.

1Y. How to use your aliases, and how to find out your Alias ID number.
Atop each page on this site is an entry box for an "ID Number". This box is useful if you choose to play with your aliases (sub-IDs) within the games. Please note that the ID number is not always 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
The easiest way to find your ID Number for each alias is the following:
Go to you profile listings at Yahoo
Mouse over (do not click) either "Delete Profile" or "Make Default" for each profile.
Notice the status bar (in IE) and the URL it shows... you should see something similar to the following:

http://e3.pf.scd.yahoo.com/config/select_identity?.profsel=chat_pf_13

The number following "chat_pf_" is the number to use on this site for that particular ID. In this example, 13 would be the number to use for that particular Alias.


2Y. Unable to authenticate User ID.
The most common reason for this error is using an incorrect "ID Number" when trying to use your aliases. Another common cause for this error is that you are not logged in to Yahoo! Games.


3Y. Game doesn't load, there is a box with a little icon.
This may be becuase your box does not have Java installed. Microsoft no longer ships with their version of Java due to legal wranglings with Sun, so it must now be downloaded.
The Sun version can be downloaded at http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

Or... alternatively, you can still download the Microsoft version. This version will someday become outdated as it is no longer supported, but for the meantime, it works best with Yahoo Games... MS's Java Virtual Machine can still be downloaded from the following:
